Senior Showroom Consultant - Woollahra

Aeria Country Floors provides a unique and bespoke range of stone and tiles flooring products to the high end residential and commercial markets. With more than 30 years’ experience we work with builders, designers and architects and have retail outlets in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth and New Zealand.

Consistent with a growth rate of around 20% per annum we now wish to appoint a highly motivated sales professional to our Woollahra Showroom.

Reporting to the Managing Director, we feel the following attributes will ensure your success in this role, and more broadly, the wider organization going forward:

  • At a retail level being able to assist clients with product selection and advice
  • Sales focused on both existing and new business opportunities
  • Become passionate about our product range
  • Have a strong desire to grow and expand the business
  • Ability to manage a busy showroom environment with one other
  • Comfortable dealing with architects, designers and builders
  • Be actively involved in seeking new business opportunities from the above groups
  • Be aware of what is happening in the market
  • Have good business sense and judgement
  • Excellent communication skills will be required to communicate the daily business, any issues and prospects with the Sydney head office.
  • Ability to problem solve and work autonomously on a daily basis
  • An understanding of achieving sales targets (Our business has grown 20% pa for the last 4 years)

Ideally the candidate will have a background in the stone & tile market, but this is not a pre-requisite. A strong interest in interior design and exposure with architects, designers & builders would be an advantage.
